Today I share the gift of microdosing (minus the mushrooms) - the practice of using the little moments throughout your day (in between classes, at stoplights, in the shower) to cultivate greater awareness and presence. We will break down what mindfulness looks like and what it doesn’t, why you should even care about it, and practical ways to begin microdosing. Intuition is an innate gift inside of all of us that can contribute to a greater feeling of connection, support, and purpose throughout each day and in shaping our lives.
